This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data when you use the Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection And Use. We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve the Service. Types of Data Collected Personal Data While using the Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data").

Personal Data includes, but is not limited to, your:

- First name and last name
- Gender
- Photo
- Drivers licence or passport number
- Mobile phone number
- Birth date
- Address, State, post code and city
- Cookies and Usage Data

Use of Information

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Service or when you access the Service byor through a mobile device ("Usage Data").

Facebook Data Policy

What data Claim App is collecting and processing:

1) Claim App collects and saves the name of the user in the database.
2) The email ID of the user is also collected in the database.
3) The facebook profile ID of the user is also collected and saved.
4) Profile Picture of the user is also collected.

The purpose for which Claim App is collecting and processing that data:

1) Claim App collects and process the name of the user to display the name on the app.
2) The email ID of the user is collected so that the user can login again on the Claim App. The user also gets
  the account creation notification on the email(email blasting).
3) The facebook profile ID is collected and processed to check whether that user already exist in the database
  of the Claim App or not.
4) The profile picture of the user is not being used in the Claim App right now.

How users can request for data deletion:

Users can request to remove their data through their facebook account. The steps to request deletion are mentioned below:
1) Login to your facebook account.
2) Go to your Facebook profile's Apps and Websites settings tab:
3) Remove the app by clicking on the "Remove" button.
4) Go to the removed sub tab and click on your app there.
5) Click "Send Request" button to send the request for data deletion. The request for data deletion will be sent to Claim App
 and user data will be deleted.

How Claim App is deleting the data:

1) When the user sends request for the data deletion to the app, the request is sent to a POST API which gets the signed request from facebook.
  This POST API is on the Claim server and is added to the Facebook Developer's Console Settings. This web API is HTTPS protocol enabled.
2) The Data Deletion Request Callback initiate the data deletion by taking two parameters: signed request and the secret key of the app.
  The signed request contains an app-scoped ID identifying the user making the request.
3) The POST API parses the URL encoded body and returns a JSON response that contains a URL where the user can check the status of their deletion request and an alphanumeric confirmation code.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on the Service and hold certain information.Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.

Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyse the Service.You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Service.
